This number was used supposedly from APC Postal Logistics to send me a message about a parcel needing extra payment of $1 . 09 . I am not expecting any parcel and the website I have to visit to pay appears to be for business users of APC Postal Logistics who have accounts . I do not have an account with them and do not want to subscribe . I think this may be a fraud although it does appear to be legitimate . The message came to my mobile phone which I use for friends and family only .
