It's an insane asylum,
What kind of review am I supposed to leave for a place like this?
I have never seen anything move so fast and efficient in my life. My13yo daughter went from a seemingly stomach flu to a 15cm tumor in her abdomen within 72 hours. The surgeon Dr Baerg, the Oncologist Dr Collins and every resident, nurse, physical therapist, housekeeping and everyone else were simply gracious, loving, kind, efficient and amazing. I am so grateful. In the darkest time of my life, I am comforted and confident that my child is at the best place she could be.
This place is awful. I mean awful. Ok, the therapists are nice. But the staff, the facility, the food... All terrible.
Under threat of leaving AMA they try to keep you as long as possible to charge the maximum amount.
The communication is a joke. They'll tell your loved ones one thing and when they leave, it's too bad for you!
Canned food, 10" television, (yes 10"), no cable! No CNAs to help you with anything, seriously under manned, AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN!!!
RETRACTING PREVIOUS REVIEW: (since I can not delete it).
Since the last review my Brother Todd has been treated very well. He has been in ICU for the past 6 days and all the nurses have been great! They have worked with him since he had a stroke, talking to him, helping him regain movement etc. They have been kind to my sister in law even with her making constant calls to check on him even letting her FaceTime with him. I would recommend this hospital if you want kind, caring nurses.
Did the best they could with what they had. Painfully long wait after subpar medical attention. Classic case of guesswork in a white coat. The same could be said of meterolgy but weather isn't as life affecting.
If you want to be treated as cows at the slaughterhouse, this is the place. The receptionist (Veronica H) showed zero compassion for me and my extreme pain and not enough with that, she was super rude (no eye contact, no empathy at all). She asked me to stay on the line on my feet when I was bending for the consequence of my abdominal pain. No enough with that, she pretended I gave her, my social security on a safe distance. Yes, all my private information to the whole reception. I asked her for my health insurance card and my ID and I left in pain to another Hospital. Imagen if the receptionist is like that, I cannot imagine the rest. And please, administrators, don't reply with another hypocrite answer. You know what's going on and you decided to do nothing!
Community Hospital of San Bernardino has always shown kindness and provided exceptional care to me and my family. I would recommend SBCH to everyone i know. The ER and Telemetry units are top notch, thank you to all of you for saving my life.
Not recommended. Make mistakes in processing insurance each and every time, sometimes multiple errors on the same issue. Doctors are insolated. Communication is one way. If you like leaving messages that include your life story and waiting days for a callback, this is the place for you. Surgeons will operate on you if your insurance will pay even if you don't need it.

Dont recommended at all, these people arent professional at all, and if your insurance didnt go through they dont let you know. I never regret anything in life but to come to this place!! Worst place ever !! Wish i could take the 1 star away.
Stockton Medical Plaza I - 505 W Hammer Ln, Stockton, CA 95209, United States
Have been sent here twice, both times the staff have been every respectful. They were very aware of how I was feeling. They checked in with me. When I was placed in a less then desirable unit they made sure I felt safe and secure. They also moved me as soon as a bed as available in the other unit. No, this isn't where I want to be and yes, place is my first choice if I ever need them again. Thank you for all you do.

San Joaquin General Hospital - 500 W Hospital Rd, French Camp, CA 95231, United States
Dameron Hospital Association - 525 Acacia St, Stockton, CA 95203, United States
This hospital needs to close it doors if its not going to be ran right, The room i was in had no air, Its summertime. They gave me a tiny battery operated fan that didn't help...had to ask and wait hours to get pain medicine after a surgery and the tv only had one working chanel.

This hospital rejected a 6 month old baby with a fever of 102 with the excuse that if the fever was not 106, then the baby was not in any danger. Quite honestly I would never recommend this hospital to anyone in serious need of getting care. Even if the baby was not in immediate danger they should learn how to word their response to worried and panicked parents. I do understand that the pandemic is still growing strong but please remember that it is not the only sickness. That as a hospital you have the responsibility to at least try to attend to other illnesses.
Highly professional, polite and efficient staff. I left informed of my condition and treated very well. Would highly recommend.
We absolutely loved our nurse Jessica ( I did Not catch her last name) she was the gal who had blue eyes. She was so loving and caring.
she is amazing! I have tried calling labor and delivery to speak with her to personally thank her for all her help welcoming our son!
All the staff was super kind, caring and very helpful. We loved how clean the hospital was, and the amount healthy food provided.
I look forward having good experience at the hospital.
My wife had an accident 2 months ago. All the staff was absolutely amazing starting from the ER until we were discharged 9 days later. They are genuinely caring for her needs. Food was delicious and healthy as well. Facilities and laboratories are also very clean and they have state of the art medical equipment. I'm glad I choose Good Samaritan Hospital, my wife is now fully recovered.
It is fast and easy to use. It's very clean and the staff are very helpful.A Yum Yum Donuts is across the street. Also a CJ's and gas station
If you have an elderly patient especially if they cant speak for themselves-this is the last place to go to. As a physician myself, I have great respect and understanding for the other side. However, there were issues one after the other day during the 9 day stay of my father. He initially got better but was not discharged in what I would think a timely fashion. He got so desperate that he was willing to come home, shower and return to the hospital if needed. He then got worse due to hospital related complications. When we brought him home-he was so weak that he could not even stand on his feet. There was no attempt to keep him from deteriorating at the hospital despite multiple requests made to the nurse and attending physician. There were inadequacies in medical decision making, communication and nursing.
I am posting this review in the hope that they will take steps to address these deficiencies in future for the sake of other patients.
