Community Hospital of San Bernardino has always shown kindness and provided exceptional care to me and my family. I would recommend SBCH to everyone i know. The ER and Telemetry units are top notch, thank you to all of you for saving my life.
Not recommended. Make mistakes in processing insurance each and every time, sometimes multiple errors on the same issue. Doctors are insolated. Communication is one way. If you like leaving messages that include your life story and waiting days for a callback, this is the place for you. Surgeons will operate on you if your insurance will pay even if you don't need it.

Dont recommended at all, these people arent professional at all, and if your insurance didnt go through they dont let you know. I never regret anything in life but to come to this place!! Worst place ever !! Wish i could take the 1 star away.
Stockton Medical Plaza I - 505 W Hammer Ln, Stockton, CA 95209, United States
Have been sent here twice, both times the staff have been every respectful. They were very aware of how I was feeling. They checked in with me. When I was placed in a less then desirable unit they made sure I felt safe and secure. They also moved me as soon as a bed as available in the other unit. No, this isn't where I want to be and yes, place is my first choice if I ever need them again. Thank you for all you do.

This hospital needs to close it doors if its not going to be ran right, The room i was in had no air, Its summertime. They gave me a tiny battery operated fan that didn't help...had to ask and wait hours to get pain medicine after a surgery and the tv only had one working chanel.

This hospital rejected a 6 month old baby with a fever of 102 with the excuse that if the fever was not 106, then the baby was not in any danger. Quite honestly I would never recommend this hospital to anyone in serious need of getting care. Even if the baby was not in immediate danger they should learn how to word their response to worried and panicked parents. I do understand that the pandemic is still growing strong but please remember that it is not the only sickness. That as a hospital you have the responsibility to at least try to attend to other illnesses.
Highly professional, polite and efficient staff. I left informed of my condition and treated very well. Would highly recommend.
We absolutely loved our nurse Jessica ( I did Not catch her last name) she was the gal who had blue eyes. She was so loving and caring.
she is amazing! I have tried calling labor and delivery to speak with her to personally thank her for all her help welcoming our son!
All the staff was super kind, caring and very helpful. We loved how clean the hospital was, and the amount healthy food provided.
I look forward having good experience at the hospital.
My wife had an accident 2 months ago. All the staff was absolutely amazing starting from the ER until we were discharged 9 days later. They are genuinely caring for her needs. Food was delicious and healthy as well. Facilities and laboratories are also very clean and they have state of the art medical equipment. I'm glad I choose Good Samaritan Hospital, my wife is now fully recovered.
It is fast and easy to use. It's very clean and the staff are very helpful.A Yum Yum Donuts is across the street. Also a CJ's and gas station
If you have an elderly patient especially if they cant speak for themselves-this is the last place to go to. As a physician myself, I have great respect and understanding for the other side. However, there were issues one after the other day during the 9 day stay of my father. He initially got better but was not discharged in what I would think a timely fashion. He got so desperate that he was willing to come home, shower and return to the hospital if needed. He then got worse due to hospital related complications. When we brought him home-he was so weak that he could not even stand on his feet. There was no attempt to keep him from deteriorating at the hospital despite multiple requests made to the nurse and attending physician. There were inadequacies in medical decision making, communication and nursing.
I am posting this review in the hope that they will take steps to address these deficiencies in future for the sake of other patients.
My twin boys stayed in Healthbridge for around 3 months since Nov. 2018 and then transferred to another Sub-Acute facility.
They feed one of my boys with NG-tube 110 ml formula within 3 minutes (should be 15+ minutes by doctor's order), then the boy spit up seriously, and this happened several times on continuous days. One Saturday morning, I saw my baby spit out, his mouse full of formula, the nurse was NOT there in the room, I tilted his little body to clear his mouth and called the nurse. My boy spit up twice that day. I talked with the nurse and their director, hoping they can make the feeding slowly, 30 minutes at least, but the answer is no, they insisted the baby was safe by doctor's order (hard to find doctor there, doctor not available there everyday). And the next day, the baby had Aspiration pneumonia.
Many other terrible things happened to our family there, this is just an example.
In the new Sub-Acute facility, I met several other parents who had transferred their babies away from Healthbridge. They told me they could sleep well after leaving there.
Not recomend, bad experience, long 7hr wait in the emergency room, another 2hr for the doctor. $6000 for the visit. $2000 for the diagnostic, although ins pay for part of it, still a ridiculous amount. Require to stay over night to get fix up 7pm the next day because of the Covid bs, I refuse, end up going to UCI emergency next morning going through the same thing, 1hr wait, 1.5hr fix up. 2.5hr total vs 9hr at s.Joseph and would have to stay over the next day, and the Bill is $2700 vs $8000. I had to pay both. Will be my first and last.
Best care & employees not just for patients but parents too! Second child that CHOC helped to heal! I'm forever grateful for you to relieve them from pain.

Came in today and so far it's not looking good. 3 employees came into work and into the building without masks and no one stopped them. Security guard in the building wearing his masks but not over his nose, just over his mouth. The front desk receptionist has her mask on but it's pulled down all the way under her chin. And I'm supposed to be getting surgery here...I feel so safe :)
